If You’ve Tried Everything, And Nothing Has Worked, Call Now.

  • Have you had chronic lower back pain for years…or even decades?
  • Does a back injury from years ago still give you pain?
  • Does your back “go out” or have “flare-ups”?
  • Have you lost mobility in your lower back?
  • Have you seen doctors, chiropractors, physical therapists, and more, with little to no relief?

If you answered yes to some or all of those questions, don’t give up! There is still hope for you! I said yes to all those questions and experienced chronic lower back pain for nearly 30 years.

My back pain got so bad that I could barely even put on my socks. I was in pain daily, my back was “going out” constantly for days at a time.  Even sneezing was excruciatingly painful! Then, I stumbled upon a method that helped me regain 90% of my mobility and eliminate 90% of my pain…

He has overcome multiple health and wellness challenges in his own life, including chronic back pain, gastrointestinal problems, multiple addictions, and complex PTSD from severe childhood trauma. He often utilizes techniques that are considered somewhat unorthodox and outside the “mainstream” approach to help both himself and his clients move though their most persistent problems and reach new levels of health and well-being.

Matthew incorporates a “whole-systems-approach” and analyzes each client’s unique situation thoroughly to uncover the underlying root-causes of issues. This method helps bring to light solutions that may not have been previously explored, and he works closely with each individual to assess the situation in holistic manner and help them achieve their health and fitness goals. He is also regularly refers clients out to his network of experienced professionals to tackle more in-depth issues which lie beyond the scope of his expertise.

Now in his 40’s, he leads an active lifestyle, is stronger, healthier and happier than he was in his 20’s, and strives to help others achieve similar results. He uses his experience and largely self-taught education to help others that may be confronted with similar challenges to the ones he has overcome himself.
